| The K of C is a fraternal organization committed to religion and service. It has a strong family and humanitarian orientation. It supports religious, civic and patriotic activities. It is involved in Catholic education and pro-life issues. |

| Ladies Sodality/CCW |
| The Sodality is a social/service group open to parish women. It is affiliated with the National Council of Catholic Women. The Sodality's interest is family issues, church/community improvement and legislative initiatives that address quality of life. |
| St. Jude Alumni Association |
| The alumni are former students of the St. Jude Grammar and High School. The association is a non-profit organization that celebrates the spirit of Catholic education in Sumter. The alumni raise scholarship money for area students to attend St. Francis Xavier High School. |
